Establishment and sale of the companies
You do not have to travel to Lithuania in order to purchase the company. We will prepare the required documents and will send you for signing it. And we will set up in two weeks and rewrite the company on your name when we will receive the signed documents. All the documents we will send you via mail. You will receive the following documents:
- Establishing act of the company
- Regulation of the company
- Protocol of shareholder meeting for appointment of the director
- Extract from the Centre of Registers of Lithuania approved by the stamp about company's director
- Agreement of bank account
- Company’s seal
The process will take 2-3 weeks if you want that the company would be set up with your chosen name. We can register to the VAT payers. It will take an additional 1-2 weeks.
Prepared companies for the sale
We offer for sale already established companies which have not pursued any action if you want to purchase the company quicker. Usually this is 1-2 months old companies. Under the contract we are responsible that companies for sale do not have any debts or liabilities. We also have the prepared companies for sale, which already have a VAT number.
